Did you know marshmallows aren’t vegan? If you make a veggie dish like sweet potato casserole and put normal marshmallows on top, you’re adding gelatin – most often pork gelatin – so your dish isn’t right for people who are vegan or who don’t eat pork. Just a heads up because this was news to me as I get ready for Thanksgiving.
